Does Jetstar cover pre-existing conditions?

Generally, Jetstar doesn’t offer coverage for pre-existing medical conditions unless specified by your policy or certificate of insurance. You can read the PDS to get the full benefits and exclusions or reach out to Jetstar to discuss your situation.

How do you cancel your Jetstar policy?

If you decide to cancel your Jetstar travel insurance policy within 14 days of purchasing it, you’ll receive a full refund of your premium (assuming you haven’t made any claims, of course). If, however, more than 14 days have passed, you won’t be able to get your premium refunded.

How do I make a claim with Jetstar Travel Insurance?

If an incident occurs at some point during your trip and you need to make a claim, it will have to be done within 30 days of the completion of your trip. To make sure the claims process goes as smoothly as possible, you’ll need to have the following:
