Solid energy provider that does the job required at a reasonable price.
Australian Company that supports renewable energy. Great customer service. Responsive and easy to deal with.
Momentum energy has been my energy provider for a number of years only because I haven't been able to get out of debt with them, I rent the house my child and I love in and I'm an sole parent with a low income and the power solor panel froze over and then they Brock starting leaking and momentum energy asked if I had an Olympic swimming pool in my backyard which I obviously do not and they were not willing to barge in helping me the size get the obvious rebates from the government's that's it but I am still with them after 5 years of trying to pay off this debt and cannot I know its not my fault or there's but you would think if they didn't catch the problem then how could I. I feel it's not fair
So far has been a sufficient experience across all categories but believe there could be better competitors out there
They are overall a good provider. Friendly to deal with and reasonable rates.
