For over a decade now, the Mozo People’s Choice Awards have given the power to the people, by asking Aussie customers which banks, energy providers and insurance companies excel at what they do to reveal Australia's favourite financial and household service providers.
This year Mozo commissioned an Ipsos survey of 3,973 Aussies to ask how they rate their services and providers. Customers’ opinions on banks or service providers were sought across a range of important factors, including customer satisfaction, customer service, friendliness, trust and whether they’d recommend them to others.

In 2021, Mozo received survey data on 135 different banking institutions, 51 home and car insurance providers, 53 superannuation companies, 45 electricity retailers, plus a total of 335 service providers across categories such as online grocery services, NBN retailers and online pet suppliers.
