I use Suncorp bank I am very happy with the customer service I ha e received One issue I have is there is only one branch in Tasmania There should be more like the other leading banks
I Have been a customer for over 15 maybe more years, the only dislike is that where I reside in Cleveland Qld, there was a branch but it closed down which meant the only closest branch is some 20 minute drive in Capalaba, Im over complaining about it, but in attending Capalaba you get treated as I say like royalty. I have gotten to know the staff there over a period of time and it makes it easier in their delivering good customer service. I receive a number of emails from Suncorp letting me know whats going on and the often email asking me to rate on their service to me which I do. When there is a suspicious transaction they are quick to let me know of the occurrence, but normally its me making a one off transaction to a company. I talk on the phone to the customer service people sometimes with a query, and the introduction and the finalization of the business I am always greeted in a friendly manner and asks if there is any other matters they can help me with, this gives me a buzz.
My wife and I have had joint accounts with Suncorp for many years. The high interest growth saver account seems to have one of the best interest rates around with the least restrictive conditions. The only drawbacks are that to get the high interest rate, the balance has to grow by $200 per month with only 1 withdrawal allowed. This is good however as it forces you to save. Suncorp customer service is very good, you don't have to wait too long for a phone call to be answered, and the phone operators can be easily understood and very helpful.

Great savings account called growth saver. Has the benefits of a term deposit but can access funds if needed. Been with Suncorp for 20 years and have always had my needs met.
I think there should be more incentives and more banks that can give money
No problem is too big for this bank.i found they go out of their way to support me with all aspects of banking.

Never had any issues, the staff are always helpful and supportive. The app is easy to use however notifications for transactions would be helpful as this is not currently an option.
I've been with Suncorp for quite a few years now and can not fault them with anything. Their customer service has been amazing both when I was setting the account up initially and any other time I've dealt with them either in a branch or over the phone. They have simply been amazing to deal with for me.
What I love about banking with Suncorp is everything is clear and easily accessible if I can’t log in on my app ,I can still login through browser with no issues.I love the security steps needed to verify identity, makes me feel like a valued customer.I love also how the Suncorp has Superfund products and we can personally view where our money is being sent too at any time .The cons are Suncorp needs more Branches and ATM machines in more accessible places in NSW especially in the Sydney Region.Also another con is my bank is the only one I know that does not have Cardless Cash which is a major inconvenience especially when need to send or receive money from a family member/friend that is with an external bank .The process of transferring funds is also so long to receive funds 3-4 working days .The last con would definitely be that they don’t offer the option for a Personal Loan no longer which sucks because I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 + years .
