Avoid Latitude Financial at all costs. Their customer lack of service non existent and they send spam emails even when told not to. They think it's a joke to ignore requests and have fun at my expense.

Run a mile, I paid my card completely off and they kept charging my account fees, I could never get in touch with anyone so legally I threatened them by email, probably took about 6 weeks to close my account, each time I paid fees off, the very next day they would charge acc 99 cents again just to keep account open.

I joined because I wanted to buy products from Apple and have a payment plan. I added my bank details so it can do automatic payments. The first one worked. The second one didn’t work (which is odd because I have more than enough in my bank) they only notified me that it didn’t work after they took out a late payment fee. Customer service is bad. It’s always hard to reach them. No way online to change paper statements to online statements (I save a few dollars every month if it’s online statements only) Disgusting company.

Poor communication and worst customer service they have got. They deduct my money while the transaction was disputed. They took around 3 months to finalise while they say they take 21 days to settle a disputed transaction. It's been more than 1 month now they said they have sent me a new card, but still I have not received it. They reported to me that I have not paid this month's statement while they took the money from my account as a minimum payment. I do not own them a single penny but they do. Still, they have reported me. If the transaction is disputed then there is no way to pay them because we can't sign in to the account until we received the new card. Therefore, why should I pay them if the transaction is disputed, if i want to pay them then how can I do it because I don't have access to the account.
