Love the promotion and Amazing customer service
Are there any energy providers that are loved? I don't know, but EnergyAustralia ticks enough boxes for me. Their service is good, responding promptly to faults, and their customer service is good too, with knowledgeable staff on the phone when I have called to query my bill. EnergyAustralia's rates are competitive and they do offer decent discounts - currently 16% when I named a few other providers I was looking at switching to. Worth calling to see what they can do.
