Loans.com.au launch home loan package with slashed rates for owner-investors

A new home loan package from loans.com.au targets property investors juggling both an investment home loan and their own mortgage. 

The digital lender’s Owner-Occupied-and-Investor Package aims to give owner-investors who refinance both their investor and personal home loans with loans.com.au. 

Loans.com.au Managing Director, Marie Mortimer, says the discounted rate aims to attract investors to the lender by offering a discount that might help shift the balance between mediocre and excellent returns. 

“We understand that getting a great rate can be the difference between an excellent and a mediocre investment return,” Mortimer said.

“We are big supporters of property investors and we want those investors to come to us, so we are offering a package with a significantly discounted investor rate to encourage that."

By moving your property financing over to loans.com.au, you’ll qualify for a heavily discounted investment home loan rate that looks very competitive compared to the average variable investor rate in the Mozo database – 7.17% p.a. (P&I, $400k, <80% LVR).
