The online banking app is really behind in comparison to other banks - it’s not intuitive or helpful. I have an account with Commbank as well and their app outshines the Bendigo Bank app by farrrrrrr! Without even giving it a lot of thought, I know how I feel, and my trust in Bendigo Bank has gone down because they don’t seem capable of keeping up with the rest… the world relies on technology and Bendigo bank just aren’t there…

What I love the most about Bendigo Bank is how secure my money is. I’ve had multiple cards cancelled. I know that sounds bad but I’ve never had money stolen from my account because they are always on top of it, every single time.
