You get what you pay for

If I could give a zero I would. Long wait times - never call you back or keep you updated. I made a claim on 24th December - it’s now 21st February and I’m nowhere near getting my car back. Took them 20 days to approve repairs. I chose them because they offered a hire car benefit but there are lengthy delays and “processing times” or “assessment times” which take up most of your hire car benefit.

Amazing bank , great communication and product

ING is a great bank. They have great customer service and are easily contactable when needed assistance. It provides an easy option for people who do not have time to visit a bank front as it is run online. I can not find any negatives with the bank, and have been with them for many years and will be for as long as needed.

It was east to obtain, good customer service and fast processing. No issues throughout loan term and can pay down as quick as you like with no hidden fees or charges.

Not bad unless borrowing less than 100k

Only bad point is when you have less than 100k owing on a home loan the interest rates amalgamation are higher. That's unfair to loyal customers

Please stay away from this scam travel company. They will find any stupid reason to cancel your claim, just any stupid reason which is even not related to travel insurance. Please avoid.
